Our minimalistic interpretation of the Turkish eye, Greek eye, or Nazar amulet as a personalized ceramic stamp with your name or text around it. The Turkish Evil eye is used as a protective talisman against the evil eye and bad energy, so it has a very powerful meaning to stamp on your clay pieces.
According to tradition, the bad feelings of the human being are projected through the eyes, which are the most expressive part of people, hence the Turks and Greeks used an eye-shaped talisman to scare away the gaze of the possessor of evil. of eye.

Larger stamps need more pressure to stamp on clay, you may need to place some support inside your ceramic piece, such as a metal base, your hand, or your fingers. Larger stamps are perfect for stamping flat objects such as plates, dishes, coasters, trays... or ceramic pieces with thick edges. If you want to stamp delicate pieces, we recommend that you select the smaller sizes because they need less pressure to stamp them :)

BITERSWIT GUIDE: USING & CARING FOR YOUR STAMPS
Here’s our Biterswit guide with tips on how to take care of your stamps and how to use them like a pro.
HOW TO STAMP – Little Tips & Tricks :)
- Super easy! Your clay is ready to stamp when it’s still soft and shapeable—not too dry. It should be soft or at a leather-hard stage so the stamp can sink in nicely. You’ll figure out the sweet spot with a bit of trial and error depending on your clay type, moisture, and room conditions.
- Avoid stamping on material that’s too hard—it could break your stamp.
- Try out different levels of pressure until you find what works best with your clay. Since the stamp is transparent, you can peek from the side to see how deep it’s going.
- Bigger stamps need more pressure, so it can help to support your piece from underneath with something like a metal base, your hand, fingers—whatever works to keep it steady. Big stamps are great for flat objects like plates, trays, coasters, or thicker-edged pieces. For delicate pieces, we recommend using smaller stamps since they need less pressure.
- If the stamp sticks to the clay, a light dusting of cornstarch on the surface can work wonders to keep it from sticking.
OTHER WAYS TO USE YOUR STAMP
Your stamp isn’t just for ceramics! You can also use it on:
- Cold process Soaps (When they are soft)
- Polymer clay
- White air-dry clay
- Cookie dough
- And other similar materials
