DOMESTIC SHIPPING - SPAIN

We ship to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands. Your orders are shipped via Correos with standard delivery (48-72 hours), so you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package on Correos' tracking page. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart. If your purchase exceeds 50€, shipping is free to the Peninsula via standard delivery (48-72 hours). The cart will let you know the amount you need to spend to qualify for free shipping. The shipping address will be the one you provide when placing your order. Remember, you can specify a different billing address than your shipping address.

When possible, you'll also see the option for free pickup at El Taller (Carrer Casanova 136, 08036, Barcelona). If you choose this option, we’ll send you an email to let you know when your order is ready for pickup, and the pickup is by appointment. Keep in mind that if your order includes a customized product, the preparation time will depend on the product. You can find all the details under "DELIVERY TIMES."

For international orders that don't contain custom products and are under 45€, you’ll see two shipping options: with or without tracking. Both options are handled by the same shipping company, but the non-tracking option is cheaper because it doesn’t offer tracking, meaning we can't track the package or offer insurance in case it's lost.

SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING: International orders without tracking are cheaper but do not offer package tracking or insurance. If the package is lost, we can’t claim it from the shipping company, so we also cannot offer compensation.

SHIPPING WITH TRACKING: These orders include tracking, and once they reach the destination country, delivery may be made by hand or to a mailbox. Orders with custom products can only be shipped with tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES

We produce and ship orders once a week to minimize environmental impact—this way, couriers only need to make one trip per week to our office, and we can group orders together to stay organized. Behind Biterswit, it’s just Carlota and Norma, so we can’t handle daily production and shipping. Thanks for understanding!

So, if your order doesn’t contain a custom product, it will be handed over to our courier within 2-5 working days. If your order includes a custom product, we will ship it after you've confirmed the design and once it’s been produced (you can find production times under the "delivery times" section). We always try to ship as soon as possible. Keep in mind that during promotional periods, your order might be delayed by 24-48 hours.

It’s important to us that our packaging is recyclable and sustainable, and we work in a way that reflects this. So, while your order won’t arrive the very next day, it will be carefully packed with love and respect for the environment. Thanks for your patience and trust!

Shipping time depends on the courier, and we can’t guarantee an exact delivery day—delivery could be earlier or later for reasons beyond our control.

* Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. You will need to pay for any customs duties or taxes that apply in your country.

> Custom Products <

If your order includes a custom product, it will ship once it's ready. Here’s the process: once we have everything we need (information, the correct logo file, or photo), we will send you a digital preview of your design within 24-72 working hours to the email linked to your account. This file will show the actual measurements of the print, which vary by design. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder, and if you still can't find it, contact us at hola@biterswit.com with your order details.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of Biterswit (such as suppliers, shipping, or customs). A delay does not mean the order will be canceled or that you are entitled to compensation or a refund.

During peak seasons like holidays, Christmas, sales, or promotions, shipping preparation times might be longer, and delivery could be delayed due to shipping company congestion. We recommend placing your orders earlier during these times and ask for your patience. Thank you! :)

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, please notify us by email at hola@biterswit.com before the return period expires. After 14 days, we can’t accept returns.

If the return is due to an error on biterswit (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the cost of the return and/or exchange. You can request an exchange or a refund, which will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the product, and refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the reason for the return is not on biterswit, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, we'll refund the product cost, but not the shipping fees.

ADDRESS ERRORS
If there’s a return or additional charges due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or if the package can’t be delivered (like an incorrect postal code, uncollected packages at the post office, or any other issue that isn’t our fault), the customer will be responsible for the cost. This includes both the return shipping to our workshop and the new shipment to the customer.

If the customer decides they no longer want the order, we won’t be able to refund the amount, and they’ll still need to cover the costs of returning the package to us.

*IMPORTANT*
If there’s an error in the postal code provided by the customer, our shipping provider treats it like a new shipment, so changing the postal code after the package has already left our office will incur an additional charge. If payment for this change isn’t made within 3 days, the package will be returned to us, and the additional costs mentioned above will apply.

We only accept returns if the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and it must be returned within 14 days from when you received the order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any customized or downloadable products.

CANCELLATIONS

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations. Our website clearly explains all shipping times, required stamp sizes, and file formats needed for a stamp. If you don't have the necessary materials, you can cancel your order, as long as it’s not in production. You'll know your order is in production when you receive an "In Preparation" email, which could go to your spam folder.

If you want to cancel an order with a custom product after we've sent you the preview image and the “Awaiting Response” email, we will refund the amount minus 7€ for each customized stamp to cover the cost of preparing the file and managing the order. This charge covers the time spent working on your order and design. Thanks for understanding!
