WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT A STAMP?

It might seem obvious, but we might clear up some questions you have before you order your stamp. A stamp works best on flat surfaces; if you're stamping on something rough, the result might not be great.

We offer different types of stamps based on your needs, plus inks that allow you to stamp on a wide range of materials. If you have any questions, each product has an "INFO" tab with detailed explanations. And if you're still unsure, feel free to email us at hola@biterswit.com.

Stamps need a certain font size and thickness to look good. If you choose a stamp that's too small because your design has a lot of details or very fine lines, we'll let you know. If we need to make a bigger stamp than the size you ordered, we'll send you a link to pay for the difference.

HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

You can do this by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of our website (the little person icon). When you click it, a dropdown will appear with the "Login" option—click there. If you don’t have an account, you’ll see a “Don’t have an account? No problem! Create one now” option. Just click it and fill in the fields. You can also create an account when you’re checking out by filling in the info under “Create an account.”

* IMPORTANT * If you have a VAT number (VIES, EORI) add this information when you are creating the account. This way we can make the correct invoice.

HOW CAN I BUY A BITERSWIT PRODUCT?

1. Find your Biterswit Studio or DARK SIDE product.

2. Choose any options you need for the product. If it's a custom item, remember to hit "SAVE PERSONALIZATION" so that your details are saved to your order. If you forget, you won’t be able to add the item to your cart.

3. Add it to your cart.

4. Once you’re done shopping and everything looks good, fill in your contact details

5. After entering your info, add your shipping address. Check all the information and make sure someone will be there to receive the package. You’ll also need to add a phone number for tracking updates or to be contacted by the courier if needed. We only use your phone number for this purpose. If you want an invoice in your company’s name, fill in the company and VAT number fields.

HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE A PRODUCT?

On our website, you’ll find customizable products, like stamps. To personalize them, you'll find a "PERSONALIZATION" section for each product where you can fill in the required fields (depending on the product). Once done, click "SAVE PERSONALIZATION," choose how many you want, and add them to your cart. If you don’t click "SAVE," your custom details won’t be saved, and you won’t be able to add the product to your cart. In the “YOUR ORDER” tab (inside each custom product), you’ll find more details about the process and production time.

WHAT TYPE OF FILE DO YOU NEED FOR A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

If you need to upload a file, it should be a .JPG at 300dpi in black and white (no grayscale) with a minimum font size of 8 points. In other words, send us the highest quality and biggest file you have. If the file isn’t high enough quality or isn’t correct, we’ll email you once we receive your order.

If you have the original Illustrator or a .PDF file, send us all by email it to us at hola@biterswit.com once you’ve completed your purchase. The .PDF or Illustrator file should have all fonts outlined (meaning they should be like images, not text). If you have any questions, email us at hola@biterswit.com.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER A CUSTOM PRODUCT?

Once we receive your custom order and confirm we have everything we need (or the logo/image is correct if you're ordering a stamp with your design), we’ll send you a preview of your stamp within 24-72 working hours. The preview will show the actual stamp size based on your design. You’ll get this preview via email to the address linked to your account. If you don’t get it within that time frame, check your SPAM folder or email us at hola@biterswit.com with your order details.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM PRODUCT?

We produce and ship orders once a week to minimize environmental impact—this way, couriers only need to make one trip per week to our office, and we can group orders together to stay organized. Behind Biterswit, it’s just Carlota and Norma, so we can’t handle daily production and shipping. Thanks for understanding!

It’s important to us that our packaging is recyclable and sustainable, and we work in a way that reflects this. So, while your order won’t arrive the very next day, it will be carefully packed with love and respect for the environment. Thanks for your patience and trust!

IMPORTANT: The creation or adaptation of a brand image is not included in the price for custom stamps. We do not accept returns on custom products, and cancellations are not possible once the stamp goes into production. Our stamps are made in Barcelona, and we cut and assemble each one by hand using natural wood from local suppliers.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

You can pay via PayPal, credit card, or Bizum.

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. Just select PayPal, and once the payment window opens, you can choose to pay with your usual credit card. PayPal will guide you through the process securely.

If you prefer using the credit card payment platform, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page with Banc Sabadell. Just follow the instructions—your payment details won’t be stored on our site, and the process is completely secure. We never see your card info.

For Bizum payments, you’ll be directed to the Bizum platform from Banc Sabadell, where you’ll enter your phone number, and the system will guide you through the rest. Make sure you have your phone and Bizum ready!

DO YOU STORE MY CARD INFORMATION?

No, we don’t have access to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account details. We use a secure payment platform that opens outside of our website, whether you’re paying through PayPal or with a credit card. We can’t store or access your payment info.
